Timothy Wigfall Sr.

Timothy Wigfall Sr. of Mount Vernon, NY passed away on February 11th, 2023. He was 80 years of age. Timothy was born in Jacksonville, Florida and was later raised in New York City. He graduated from George Washington High School in Manhattan. He worked for the Metropolitan Transit Authority of New York City in the maintenance department for many years until retirement.

On October 1st, 1971, He married his beloved wife, Juanita Brown and raised two children. His eldest daughter, Ayana Wigfall and youngest son, Timothy Wigfall Jr.

He gave to Children's and Native American charities and historical organizations such as the NAACP. He was an avid reader, a collector of music and comic books and a lover of classical and historical jazz music. His sense of humor, advice and perspective on life will be missed.

He was survived by his wife, Juanita Wigfall, daughter, Ayana Wigfall, son, Timothy Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other cherished family members.
