Patrick W. McDonnell

Patrick W. McDonnell of Pelham NY, passed away on July 13, 2026. He was 74 years old. Born in Belmullet, Co. Mayo, Ireland to John and Bridget McDonnell, He was the youngest of 12 children.

Paddy worked as a laborer at Petmar Builders. He was a proud member of Local 731. He had a strong work ethic and loved his job.

Paddy always made sure family came first and always enjoyed spending time surrounded by family and friends.

Paddy will be remembered as a beloved brother, uncle and friend. He will be dearly missed; however, his family finds comfort in the many treasured memories he leaves behind.

Paddy is survived by seven of his siblings, numerous nieces and nephews and many close friends.

He is predeceased by his parents and 4 siblings

A celebration of Paddy’s life will take place at the Pelham Funeral Home located at 64 Lincoln Ave., Pelham NY, on Thursday July 16, 2026, between the hours of 4:00 and 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church located at 575 Fowler Avenue, Pelham Manor, New York on Friday July 17th at ???:00am. Interment will follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery in Rye NY.
