Micaela Hortencia Arciniega Wettstein

Micaela Arciniega Wettstein of Pelham New York, passed away on September 3, 2023. She was 53 years old. Born in Lima Peru to Abelardo Arciniega Alvarado and Beatriz Wettstein Angulo, she was one of three children. Micaela graduated from Maria De Las Mercedes High School. She would later meet her husband, Victor. The couple would marry and move to Astoria and then Pelham, where they raised their daughter, Cassandra.

Micaela worked in Human Resources for the United Nations. She had a strong work ethic and enjoyed her job. Micaela always made sure family came first and always enjoyed spending time surrounded by family and friends. 

Micaela will be remembered as a devoted Wife, Mother, relative and wonderful friend. She will be dearly missed; however, her family finds comfort in the many treasured memories she leaves behind.

Micaela is survived by her husband, Victor, and her daughter Cassandra.

Funeral arrangements are under the care and supervision of Pelham Funeral Home and will be held privately.
