Mabel Nyborg

Mabel (Mindy) C. Nyborg passed away on August 1, 2018 at her home in Pelham, New York at the age of 83. A longtime resident of Pelham, her family moved from the Bronx when she was a young and lived on First Avenue. She was a 4th grade teacher in Scarsdale, and later she was a substitute teacher. She is predeceased by her Husband George L. Nyborg Jr., her parents Albert Carlson & Mabel (Hartman) Carlson. She is survived by her two sons Chip Nyborg (Krisha), David Nyborg (Joanne), and 4 granddaughters, Juliet, Sophia, Katie & Danielle, her brother Bill Carlson, niece and nephew Eric Carlson and Adrianne Wyatt.
The family is having a private memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Huguenot Memorial Church Columbarium 901 Pelhamdale Ave, Pelham, NY 10803.
