Josephine Monaco

Josephine (Ranisi) Monaco of Pelham Manor, NY passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on February 9th, 2018. She was 88 years old. Josephine was born in New York City on March 8, 1929 to Vincent and Anna (Giello) Ranisi. She loved to travel, cook and spend time with her family at her condo in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Florida. She is survived by her three children; Anthony (Emma) Monaco, Michael Monaco, and Joanne (Charles) Geraci, as well as the Three joys of her life, Charles, Danielle and Stephanie. Josephine was predeceased by her husband Anthony 1988.

A celebration of Josephine's life will take place at the Pelham Funeral Home located at 64 Lincoln Avenue, Pelham NY on Monday, February 12th from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Mass will take place at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church on Tuesday, February 13th at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at St Raymonds Cemetery, Bronx New York.
