Frank (Whitey) Pfeiffer, Jr. a long time resident of Pelham Manor died on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born September 11, 1928 to the late Frank and Josephine Pfeiffer in New York City. Frank moved to Pelham Manor in 1970 and remanded a resident until his death.
Frank was a 15 year veteran of the US Naval reserves, a Master Plumber for over 50 years, a volunteer fireman in Pelham Manor for 15 years and founded ABCO Plumbing and Heating Corp. in 1981.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jean of 62 years. His son Frank and wife Carmen and their four children Frank, Isabel, Sabrina and Marisa. His son John and wife Maureen and their two children Monica and Patty Jean. His
daughter Maryann and husband Richard Ellenbogen and their two children Rachel and Sarah.
The wake will be held at Pelham Funeral Home, 64 Lincoln Ave in Pelham on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Mass will be held at OLPH Church in Pelham Manor at 10 am. on Saturday morning.
