Dear Jane, our deepest condolences. To this day we remember Frank fondly. He grieved our taxes successfully for no charge before we moved in 20 years and saved us property tax money we did not have back then. So kind.

I did not know Mr. Dwyer personally but he always waved and said hello whenever I drove by his home! He was always pleasant and happy to be talking to the people either driving or walking. I will miss his happy face in the neighborhood. God bless him.

Frank Dwyer was a man of faith. He loved his wife and children. He lived his long life inspired by the Jesuits who taught him at Xavier High School. His passions for politics, coaching basketball and Irish history enriched us. His grandchildren will not forget him.

I am sorry for the delay but I did want to convey my condolences and that I will miss Frank. A neighbor on Manor Ridge Rd, for many years I would see Frank with one dog or another as I walked my dog. Frank was always so friendly and upbeat, a pleasure always to see him on the street, such a very nice man. I will miss Frank. Sincerely,
