She was born on February 11, 1950, in Chicago, Illinois. Diane will be remembered not only for her dedication as a Crosswalk Guard for eleven years for the Village of Pelham Manor but also for her unwavering faith as a Eucharistic minister at Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Church.
Diane's commitment to her community was truly remarkable. As a Crosswalk Guard, she ensured the safety of local residents and their children as they made their way to school. Diane received her education from Winchester High School in Winchester, MA, and further pursued her master’s degree at Dunbarton College in Washington DC. These educational foundations helped shape Diane into the intelligent woman she was known to be.
Outside of work and church duties, Diane cherished spending time with her family. She was a caring and loving aunt who showered affection upon her seven nieces and three nephews. She adored them dearly and relished every moment spent creating precious memories together.
Diane will be deeply missed by all who knew her, especially her surviving family members and friends. She is survived by her brother George J Neumann III, sister Lorry Jackson, nephews Ronald A.
