Pelham Manor

Bradford Fredericks of Pelham, New York passed away on June 24, 2026. He was 82 years old. Born in New Rochelle, New York to Louis and Alletta Fredericks, Brad was an only child. He graduated from Christopher Columbus High School in the Bronx and Pace University. He met his wife Patricia when they were both youngsters in Sunday School. They married in 1966 and moved to Pelham where they raised their three children.

Brad worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in Manhattan and Westport, CT. He spent 45 years with MetLife as a printing analyst. He had a strong work ethic but always made sure family came first. He cherished spending time with family and friends. He loved being at the hockey rink or ball field to cheer on his children. Either as coach or fan, supporting them was most important to him.

When not working in the yard or making his “famous” baked macaroni for the next family gathering, Brad enjoyed relaxing in his recliner while listening to his favorite ‘50s tunes or cheering on the Rangers, Yankees and Giants. He adored dogs and loved a fun day at the beach.

Brad was always the life of the party whether host or guest. Quick with a joke or silly antic, he was sure to entertain. His New Year’s Eve parties in particular provided life long memories for all attendees.

Brad is survived by his beloved wife Patricia, his son Scott (Michelle), his daughter Corinne (Matthew) Blake and son Christopher (Nicole). He will also be missed by his grandchildren Benjamin, Amelia, Charlotte, Caitlin, Connor, James and Andrew. He is predeceased by his parents Louis and Alletta Fredericks.

A celebration of Brad’s life will take place at Pelham Funeral Home located at 64 Lincoln Avenue, Pelham, NY on Monday, June 29, 2026 from 4pm to 8pm.
