Arlene Minella

Arlene Minella, a longtime Pelham Manor resident passed away peacefully at home on January 17, 2022.

She was predeceased by her husband Alexander in 2017. She was the beloved mother of Lisa Scagnelli (John), Donna Cardillo (Fred), Alexander (Lynn), Keith (Melanie), Tara Rama (Ray), Wesly, (Lori), Krisha Nyborg (George) and Audra Mendes (Jaime). She had 20 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

She was a member of Huguenot Memorial Church where she served as an elder, the head of Christian Education and sang in the choir. She was the founding president of the Pelham Women’s Club, a member of the Manor Club and a long time member of Huguenot Yacht Club. Arlene was a graduate of the College of New Rochelle and earned a Master's degree from Columbia University. She was a psychotherapist with a private practice in Pelham for many years. Arlene was a selfless woman who gave her time and compassion to all that knew her.
